It’s been said that you don’t just buy a home, you buy a neighborhood. That’s why I tell clients to look at a house more than one time and on different days of the week , at different times of the day. I want them to drive neighboring streets and look at aerial maps. Often I request a report from the title company called a property profile that includes lots of inside information about the property; neighborhood profile, school information, services and much more. No matter how much you like the floor plan or hardwood floors you won’t be happy if your neighbors are difficult. The community of Rancho Bernardo – 92128 and 92127is located off the 163 freeway approx. 17 miles from downtown. Today I had a chance to enjoy the Rancho Bernardo Community Park rollerblading with my son and his friends. The park was busy with people working to prepare for tomorrows – Grand Slam Summer Jam Girls Softball Tournament.
How about a ball game for free ? And free parking with snacks that cost $1 for candy and drinks, nachos, bratwurst, chips and ice cream, funnel cakes, music and the best girls softball , now that sounds like the great family event.
